the war on drugs - slave ambient

following a three year rest since 2008's wagonwheel blues/barrel of batteries the war on drugs return with the slave ambient lp. the album released on august 16th is preceded by the single 'come to the city' which is available as a free download. a uk tour also kicks off in september as part of their wider european tour.
