6th of june sees the release of the fourth album from the arctic monkeys entitled suck it and see. the band team up with producer james ford (a founding member of simian mobile disco) who alex turner worked with on his last shadow puppets project. the album takes more of a direction of psychadelic rock with turners ever improving vocals, a far cry from the debut album. but the sheffield lads havent forgotten there roots including alot of there earlier work in live performances taking inspiration after seeing the strokes in new york. i look forward to seeing the lads "homecoming mini festival" at sheffield don valley stadium where they will be supported by miles kane, the vaccines, anna cavali & mabel love. after the success of don't sit down 'cause i've moved your chair the follow up single is set to be...
