j dilla fundraiser.

tuesday eve Peaches & I stumbled across a masterful event @ town wall, newcastle. a j dilla fundraiser, with all proceeds going to the j dilla foundation, which consisted of a special screening of an epic j dilla gig (with dwele, talib kwele, the roots, an orchestra etc.) and then an after party @ bar tokyo. what a night! great cause, great music! we met all the guys behind the event. look out for kool aid events in the forthcoming summer promising more of the same.
